Join in some fitness fun Saturday mornings in Spring Lake’s beautiful Tanglefoot Park! We will get your heart pumping and feet moving with 30 minutes of Zumba at 9am followed by some total body strengthening emphasizing core stability and balance. No equipment or previous experience is necessary!
Instead of a class fee, we are asking for donations for class participation. Funds raised will be donated to a local non-profit or cause.
No class on June 11th.
