Our pelvis and pelvic floor is critical for so many basic functions as well as a very personal and emotional area.
In this workshop, we will remove the stigma about our pelvic area by creating an atmosphere of acceptance and education. We’ll discuss function and common dysfunctions which may occur throughout out the life cycles of the reproductive years–including incontinence, prolapse, constipation, vaginal dryness, vulva pain or irritation, hip mobility, and abdominal health–there is a lot MORE to our pelvic floor to understand! While many of these symptoms are COMMON, they are not NORMAL. Understanding form and function opens a doorway to healing.
And the answers don’t need to be complex! Education is key on how to take simple actions for better pelvic health overall. ReX Method™ Workshops are also experiential so you can learn to feel how certain movements and movement patterns can lead better function and health.
